Credit Controller Cardiff | Hybrid Working £27,000 – £30,000 We’re delighted to be supporting a well-established professional services organisation in Cardiff with the appointment of a Credit Controller to join their highly regarded finance team. This is a replacement role within a stable, long-standing team, offering a genuinely supportive environment and the opportunity to step into a position where relationships, collaboration and professionalism are at the heart of the role. This is not a traditional credit control position. There is no high-volume chasing or target-driven approach. Instead, this role is centred around building trusted relationships and working collaboratively to manage and resolve outstanding debt. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients, taking a considered, diplomatic approach to credit control, ensuring that relationships are maintained while supporting effective cash flow.
