Job Description
Goddard Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary School Site Supervisor (Grade A3/B3) to support a school in the Wetherby area, working 37 hours per week. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in site supervision, caretaking, facilities, or cleaning, within an education or similar environment.
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 11:00am 7:00pm
* Friday: 11:00am 6:30pm
* Total: 37hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* General site supervision and facilities support
* Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
* Undertaking cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and secure at all times
* Supporting health and safety procedures
* Liaising with staff and contractors where required
* Responding to site-related issues during shift hours
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a site supervisor, caretaking, cleaning, or facilities role
* Ability to work independently and reliably
* Practical maintenance skills and awareness of health and safety
* Professional and approachable manner
