In a typical week...
You will be allocated a caseload of clients whom you will support for the agreed contractual hours. Our offices in each area facilitate collaboration with colleagues and managers to discuss client needs and support issues. Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.

* A starting salary of £25,715, increasing to £27,025 after one year of service, and further to £27,995 with additional years of service.
* 28 days annual leave plus an additional day per year up to 33 days, plus 8 bank holidays.

Job Description
Main Purpose
To provide high-quality housing and support services to residents to help them sustain their tenancies.
Specific Tasks
* Assist residents with moving in and out of Target accommodation.
* Assess residents' circumstances, aspirations, and needs to develop relevant support plans.
* Act as residents' keyworker, offering advice and support to develop their independent living skills.
* Assist residents with income maximization and personal budget management.
* Support residents in understanding their rights and responsibilities under occupancy agreements.
* Encourage and motivate residents to achieve personal goals.
* Regularly assess resident risks, record, and share findings appropriately.
* Review and adapt support plans as needs change.
* Ensure rent payments are made, assist with benefit claims, and monitor property conditions.
* Address non-compliance issues, manage property occupancy, and handle disputes.
* Build external partnerships, participate in team activities, and support colleagues.
Person Specifications
* Understanding of services for vulnerable groups and supported housing.
* Knowledge of Welfare Benefits System.
* Understanding of risk assessments, support planning, and the UK Judiciary System.
