The Operations Improvement Technician will play a crucial role in supporting process enhancements, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position is based in Invergordon, focusing on engineering and manufacturing excellence. Contribute to the continuous improvement culture within the organisation.Profile A strong background in engineering or manufacturing processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying operational enhancements. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in a manufacturing setting. Technical expertise in analysing data and implementing process improvements. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
