Role Details:
The purpose of the role is to manage and drive the Change Management procedure for the Joint Project Team. The role will involve leading and managing the Change Management process and coordinating this interface within the wider Joint Project Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for operation of the Change Management Plan including maintenance of the Plan and associated forms and templates
2. Maintains the Programme Change Register,
3. Chair the Change Committee, including provision of secretariat services
4. Provides any required summary information and metrics using the information contained on the Programme Change Register.
5. Provides support to Project Managers on all matters of change.
6. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional duties appropriate to the role.
Key Requirements:
7. Experience of project, programme or portfolio controls
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
10. Proficient in Microsoft Teams
11. Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
12. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
13. Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes
14. Confident in taking new challenges and committed to continuous development
15. Demonstrate experience relating to Change Management
Desirables:
16. Proficient in CEMAR contract administration software
17. Chartered professional in a related discipline
