The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Contract Delivery Team in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients. A Talent Sourcing Specialist is also accountable for organising registration events, overseeing the remote recruitment assistant, managing candidate attraction activity and ensuring all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer. What You'll Do Working with the Talent Delivery Specialists in designing attraction campaigns Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals Understanding the different role types/locations as per your clients business Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of clients Locating and matching suitable positions for candidates as quickly as possible Ensuring adherence to candidate data compliance What We're Looking For Proven experience in candidate sourcing and relationship management. Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Has an interest in the Care sector.
