Job Title: Unit Manager (Non-Nursing Role) Location: Watton, Norfolk Salary: £32,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, permanent Im currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Unit Manager to join a reputable nursing home provider. This is a non-nursing management position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills whos passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care. In this role, youll be responsible for overseeing the daily running of a designated unit within the home. Youll lead and support your team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.
