Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain solutions that enhance our CRM technologies.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, analysts, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high‑quality software that meets business needs.
* Develop, test, and maintain software using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, and related technologies.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
* Troubleshoot and optimise CRM software and databases.
* Apply best practices, standards, and tools for software engineering.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (desirable).
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development with C#, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
* Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, serverless architectures, microservices, and containerisation (desirable).
* Proficient with GitHub and familiar with agile development methodologies.
* Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Location
This is a remote working role (UK) which will require visits to our Newcastle Head office approximately once per quarter.
