Overview
This role is currently subject to NHS Banding. This is an exciting opportunity to join Dudley Group NHS Charity in a newly created role during a period of growth. The Grants and Impact Manager will lead on securing significant grant income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders, managing relationships and delivering high‑quality funding applications, with a focus on six‑figure awards. The postholder will also lead the development and delivery of the charity’s impact and evaluation framework, ensuring robust monitoring, reporting and evidence of impact across all funded projects. Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, the role will play a key part in developing new charity projects, strengthening funder relationships, and supporting the charity’s wider growth ambitions to enhance care for patients, staff and the local community.
Responsibilities
* Secure grant income by researching, writing and managing high‑quality funding applications to trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
* Build and steward strong relationships with funders, ensuring excellent communication, reporting and compliance.
* Lead the development and delivery of the charity’s monitoring, evaluation and impact framework, producing clear impact reports.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to develop new charitable projects and compelling cases for support.
* Maintain accurate records, forecasts and reports to support income targets and strategic growth.
