We’re partnering with a bold, culturally driven experiential agency redefining how brands engage with youth audiences globally. They’re looking for a Creative Director to lead pitch-winning ideas and high-impact campaigns over an initial 3-month contract.
The Role:
You’ll lead creative across standout student and youth-focused campaigns—shaping strategy-led, culturally connected ideas that live in the real world. This isn’t a traditional ATL role; we're looking for someone who thrives in brand experience and content-led environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead concept development and pitch creative for major experiential campaigns
Collaborate across strategy, content, and production teams
Deliver compelling decks with strong narrative and creative vision
Guide and mentor junior creatives and freelance teams
Ensure all work is grounded in cultural relevance and youth insight
