By transforming complex marketing objectives into captivating visual narratives and highly engaging content, you will drive superior customer engagement, omnichannel conversions and business growth for our premium client portfolio.
Creative & Design Mastery
* Advanced Design Skills: You must possess a strong eye for graphic design and aesthetics, and the ability to conceptualise and independently produce high-quality, modern visual assets independently.
* Forward‑Thinking Mindset: Stay ahead of the curve regarding global and Chinese design trends, viral formats and best practices on social media.
* Copywriting: Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills in Simplified Chinese, with a keen eye for hot topics and cultural insights.
Education & Language Capabilities
* Highly Reputable Educational Background: A degree from a top‑tier or highly reputable university. Educational backgrounds in Design, Creative Media, Marketing or Communications are highly preferred.
* Bilingual Excellence: Native fluency in Simplified Chinese (written and spoken) and professional fluency in English. You must be a strong, confident communicator capable of seamlessly navigating cross‑cultural client accounts seamlessly.
Social Media & Strategy
* Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of Chinese social media platforms.
* Execution & Analytics: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, build content schedules and continuously optimise performance by analysing social data and metrics.
