How You’ll Make An Impact
* You will assist the Sales Team in winning opportunities that align with the SE GS CD product and services portfolio, driving annual order entry targets.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to develop business execution strategies prior to proposal submissions, ensuring optimal labor planning for successful project delivery.
* Match the SE GS CD portfolio with customer needs, considering their market objectives and strategies to create compelling offers.
* Evaluate market prices and competition to provide insights that support successful customer contract negotiations, enhancing order value and profit.
* Lead bid preparation for assigned projects, including detailed bid documents, cost calculations, risk assessments, and technical documentation, while providing management reports on bid status and delivery timelines.
What You Bring
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a general contracting environment, preferably in Capital Goods or Engineering.
* Background includes at least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, ideally within the power generation sector, with a focus on DCS controls.
* 5 years of experience in Bid Management or Tendering within a Capital Goods Sales environment, particularly in the Energy or Power Market.
* Familiarity with Siemens control systems (T3000, PCS7, S7, S5) is advantageous but not essential.
* Skilled in leading FEED studies to develop technical and commercial solutions for future projects.
