We are currently looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our Sales team in Longtown.
We are looking for a well organised, motivated individual to support our growth strategy, drive profitability, and unlock the full potential of our freight and logistics proposition. You will lead a small team of Sales Advisors, while maintaining a strong individual sales performance. Your mission is to deliver quality outbound pipeline, strategic growth, and high standards of execution, modelling best practice for your team.
The hours for this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working agreed hours between 08:00 18:00.
