* Proven hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Field Service (FSL) in enterprise environments.
* Strong technical lead experience: solution design, architecture review, and stakeholder-facing presentations.
* Solid integration experience (REST/SOAP, APIs, middleware patterns) and practical experience implementing integrations.
* Deep knowledge of native Salesforce capabilities, configuration, data model and automation (Flows, Process Builder understanding, but prefer Flow/Automation).
* Practical experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment tooling (SFDX, Git, DevOps pipelines).
* Utility industry experience.
* Experience designing secure interfaces and implementing current security best practices (authentication, authorisation, encryption, data protection).
* Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and good communication skills.
* Willing and able to travel to client sites as required.
