Driver and Installation Technician
The Role
Our client based in Burgess Hill are looking for a driver/installer - someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on getting things done properly the first time.

Key Responsibilities
Driver/Installation/Maintenance
You will be driving to commercial clients premises across Sussex, Surrey and London.
Carry out high-quality installation and ongoing maintenance across a range of client sites
Represent our brand with professionalism and pride — you'll often be the face of the business on-site
Ensure work is completed to high standards every time
Hands-On Problem Solving
Work practically and efficiently
Apply a "right first time" attitude to all tasks
Take ownership of issues and deliver solutions
Site Travel & Client Interaction
Travel to various client sites (company van will be provided)
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site to build strong working relationships
Be dependable, punctual, and thorough — reliability is key

Supervising a small team of technicians
Involvement in purchasing and supplier management
Helping shape processes and systems to support quality and efficiency
Taking a lead in health & safety compliance and risk assessment
Supporting planning and logistics for installations and production
We’ll provide mentoring and support — you’ll bring the initiative and reliability.
About You
Strong practical/DIY skills.
Van driving experience
Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
Reliable, proactive and self-motivated — you see what needs doing and get it done
Willingness to accept feedback, learn, grow and take on new challenges
Previous experience in a similar hands-on role is beneficial
Full UK driving licence is essential
Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel)
