The company has been providing exceptional passive fire protection solutions for nearly 20 years and works with a wide variety of clients annually, including major contractors and M&E companies. Their projects span residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, and heritage sectors, primarily within 40 miles of their office, although they also operate nationwide. They are now seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team, someone eager to develop, grow, and progress within the business.
In this role, you will support the Managing Estimator by performing take‑offs, preparing tenders and estimates, and producing handovers for the contracts department. You will engage with clients to ensure tender submissions are accurate and timely, assist in refining estimating processes, and participate in client workshops, training sessions, and software familiarisation.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of take‑offs and tender preparation and be motivated to develop and progress. All applicants must be a commutable distance to the office in Ashby.
