We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS IT Administrator to support and enhance our Laboratory Information Management System.Key responsibilitiesProvide Level 3 support for LabWare LIMS incidents and problemsAdminister, configure and maintain the LabWare LIMS application and its code baseDesign, configure and support LabWare Visual Workflows and instrument interfaceDevelop, maintain and debug LIMS Basic scripts and subroutinesCreate and maintain Crystal Reports and related reporting configurationsManage BAU LIMS activities including user access, permissions and static data changesPrioritize work based on business impact and operational requirementsMaintain accurate system, configuration and support documentationLiaise with LabWare and third-party suppliers where requiredAct as a point of contact for technical queries and bridge the gap between business and IT teamsWhat You’ll Be DoingYou will provide third line (Level 3) technical support, administration and configuration of Anglian Water’s LabWare LIMS application.
