• To liaise with shop fitters in the connection of fire and sprinkler alarms to the Centre’s fire alarm system.
• Liaise with tenants' shop fitters where required regarding the connection/disconnection of fire alarms and sprinklers and any other M & E requirements.
• Liaise with the Operations manager for the implementation of repairs or replacements reported through Health and Safety defect sheets.
• General duties include painting, meter reading, minor building repairs, and general maintenance duties.
• Liaise with insurance inspectors carrying out mandatory inspections on lifts, escalators, lifting equipment, pressure vessels, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure all other routine maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and the building fabric is carried out by third parties.
• Ensure proper liaison between other Centre departments and tenants if work is being carried out by Technical Services staff or contractors, to minimize disruption.
• Maintain a high level of customer care.
• Be aware of and adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
• Maintain and develop interpersonal skills as appropriate.
• Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Centre Management.

* Must be available for call-out rota in case of emergencies.
