We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House/Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a positive can do attitude with excellent communication skills. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing delicious beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
The position requires to be available Tuesday to Saturday (lunches + evenings) and some special occasions (Valentines, Mothers' Day, Christmas etc) with Sundays and Mondays off (except when we are open for special occasions).

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cold and hot beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Engage with guests, taking orders accurately and knowing the menu inside out.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Communicate clearly with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Process payments accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills.
* Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Making sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
Skills and requirements
* Fluent English
* Personal licence or 18+ (to be able to sell alcohol).
* Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent hospitality skills, fostering positive interactions with guests and colleagues alike.
* Basic maths skills for accurate bills handling and drink preparation measurements.
* Attention to detail and focus, contributing to seamless service during busy shifts.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations within the bar and kitchen areas.
* A background in guest services or culinary roles is beneficial, enhancing the overall dining experience for patrons.
