Quality Associate, Electronic Systems, Quality
Location: Swindon, UK
Position summary; Monday – Friday 37.5 per week
We're seeking a Quality Associate to play a pivotal role in our Electronic Systems Team, part of our Quality Management System (QMS). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, regulated environment and is passionate about maintaining the integrity and compliance of our global quality electronic systems.
The Role:
* As a key contributor, you'll oversee and support critical site and global electronic systems that uphold our global quality standards:
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Local System Administrator (LSA) for Catalent's global platforms: GLIMS, Trackwise, ComplianceWire, and EDMS
* Support the document management process in our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
* Collaborate with global Catalent teams to ensure seamless system integration and support for the site.
* Manage, create and approve Master Data within GLIMS to support the release process.
* Perform Data Integrity reviews to ensure continued compliance of our electronic systems.
* Deliver technical support, training, and guidance to site users.
The Candidate:
* Demonstrated experience with Quality Electronic Systems.
* Strong grasp of Data Integrity principles and compliance frameworks.
* Analytical mindset with solid technical skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities.
* Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to quality.
