Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently and brilliantly well – on the shop floor and at service points
* Be a brand ambassador, recommending and promoting our café menu; deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued
* Utilise digital tools (digital menus and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene; keep the store clean and tidy
* Share customer and colleague feedback to help us improve
* Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands
* Know the daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities
* Support others by sharing knowledge and developing skills

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations

* Complete tasks with pace and in line with SOPs
* Minimise cost and waste through good process practice
