About You Do you like a finance role that feels like you’re really part of the business, not just working a spreadsheet? This role joins our finance team in Bicester reporting to the Financial Accountant and working closely with them across the whole spectrum of financial accounting tasks: management accounts and reporting, cost analysis, cash management, year end audits and everything else that a finance team gets involved in. You’ll be organised and reliable, used to working to deadlines and already have experience in a finance role. A high level of attention to detail is a must, as are strong Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups particularly). If you are studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA that would be great (and we’ll support you in doing so), but it isn’t essential.
