The Senior Engineer, Investigator & Patient Solutions will provide expertise in the planning, administration and oversight of clinical systems and related processes administered by Enabling Analytics & System Excellence (EASE) within Investigator & Patient Solutions (I&PS). - The Senior Engineer within I&PS provides support for capabilities related to site staff engagement & enablement. Under general direction, this role executes plans and processes that innovate product development, meet organization standards, and follow digital strategy. This role is a liaison between the business community and key partners and stakeholders. The Senior Engineer, Investigator & Patient Solutions plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational capabilities, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration to drive strategy, efficiency and quality across J&J systems and development initiatives. Experience with direct support of IT systems and related processes that support clinical development is preferred. - Knowledge of the drug development process, including Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and FDA Code of Federal Regulations, is required. - The ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decision-making across a matrix organization is required. - Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills is required - Project Management or Process Improvement certification is preferred - Demonstrated ability to translate the use of technology to be applied to solving business problems and/or to improve business outcomes is preferred.
