A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Stirling is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Solicitor to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in the local market.
You will:
* Manage a busy caseload of commercial property matters
* Independently handle residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
* Provide expert legal advice with a client-focused approach
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
* Strong experience in commercial property law
* Confident in running residential property files independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
