We
have 162 rooms, including 18 townhouse residences, three meeting spaces, a bar
and restaurant, featuring seasonal menus championing the very best local,
sustainable produce and a decadent afternoon tea, we’re a lively place to work.
Responsible
for the day to day running of the Hotel, ensuring Front Of House shifts are run
efficiently, supervising the Guest Experience Agents and the Switchboard
Operators to ensure employee productivity, provide outstanding guest service,
and creating a positive work environment for employees.

Key
Accountabilities:
* Ensures
that all procedures and policies are in place and followed.
* Ensures
good communication between departments.
* Plans
the preparation of future shifts to the required standard, ensuring costumers satisfaction.
Discusses all matters that needed to be followed up with next manager on shift.
* Leads
by example: Provides a high-quality service and luxury hospitality towards all external
but also internal guests.
* Ensuring
that service is personable and memorable, that guests’ needs are anticipated,
and requests are followed up. Building relationships and loyalty with guests ensuring
they want to return to the hotel.
* Trains
and monitors allocated colleagues to maintain standards and consistency of service
delivery.
* Allocation
of rooms daily, being proactive with special requests and preferences such as
twin bedding etc.
* Being
the first point of contact for guests’ complaints and issues, ensuring issues
are followed up with and proactively dealt with
* Taking
ownership of daily cash handling, financial procedures and open accounts
* To
work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and
Safety at Work Act.
* To
lead the team in emergency situations.
