£25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £45,000–£50,000+

What You'll Be Doing
* Win new instructions: Generate and book valuations, value properties and bring them to market
* Deliver exceptional service: Build trusted relationships and guide clients through every stage of the sales process
* Drive sales & progression: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines and keep clients fully updated
* Showcase properties: Conduct quality viewings with prospective buyers

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, experienced professional (around 5+ years in estate agency) who can confidently list, negotiate and represent clients at the highest level. You will:
* Be enthusiastic, ambitious and results-driven
* Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Be well-presented, resilient and positive
* Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a full UK driving licence
