Job Title: Civils Supervisor

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
My client are a private highways maintenance contractor based in the London and Southern area and delivering maintenance, resurfacing, and civil engineering works to a variety of impressive clients. They're looking for a Civils Supervisor overseeing footpath construction and surfacing works to join the team in the Buckinghamshire region.
Key Responsibilities of the Civils Supervisor:
·Supervise two civils gangs on site
·Liaise with relevant stakeholders
·Oversee HSE elements on site
·Quality check works
·Train and mentor the team
·Hold regular site meetings
Key Requirements of the Civils Supervisor:
·Experience within a similar role of Civils Supervision
·Working knowledge of footways, surfacing, and other civils works
·Full UK Drivers License
·CSCS
·SMSTS
·First Aid Qualified
·Based within the Buckinghamshire area
