Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organisation’s client base and market share.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support business growth.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset capable of identifying growth opportunities.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
