Roles & Responsibilities
* Carry out service, maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment
* Diagnose and resolve faults on cookers, ovens, fryers and stoves
* Perform installation of new catering equipment
* Work independently in a field‑based role across the southern half of Wales
* Travel directly from home to customer sites, with occasional visits to the main site (every 1‑2 weeks)
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Gas Service Engineer (commercial or domestic background considered)
* COMCAT 1-5 qualifications
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Good communication and customer‑facing skills
* Open to a more junior engineer who will receive comprehensive training to develop their skills
