About the Opportunity
Whytematter Staffing Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a market-leading team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth through effective marketing, research and communications strategies.
The role will involve working across marketing, communications and research functions, with a strong focus on data-driven insights, campaign evaluation and engagement activities.
What you'll be doing
* Leading the marketing, communications and research functions within the business.
* Using research and insights to support campaign strategies.
* Managing commissioned quantitative and qualitative research projects to deliver audience insights and campaign effectiveness reports.
* Producing high-quality presentations (MS PowerPoint) for a range of topics and events.
* Delivering content for, and evaluating performance of, online communications via website, social media, press releases, etc.
* Creating and delivering engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
* Building excellent working relationships with colleagues, media partners and wider networks.
What we're looking for
Essential requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Creativity in idea generation, strategy and visual communications.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret data and support effective campaign planning.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and confidence using online CMS platforms for website and social media.
* Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
* Project management ability, with excellent time management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when handling market information and research insights.
* Curiosity and a desire to learn, innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
Desirable:
* Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
* Experience using Adobe InDesign.
