Your typical day as a Smart Dispense Technician:
No two days are the same! Our Smart Dispense system is central in bars, offering cutting-edge draught dispense solutions tailored to various needs. As a Smart Dispense Technician, you'll visit bars and restaurants to perform technical and quality checks and provide outstanding customer service. You will be the frontline of our customer service operations—planning your day from your home postcode, building effective relationships with key customers, sanitising, servicing, and maintaining drinks dispense equipment. You'll work closely with our planning team and receive full support, training, and guidance as you start your career with us. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for progression.
We look for candidates who already have:
* Customer Service experience
* A Full UK Driving Licence
* Hospitality, Bar, or Drinks Dispense experience is useful but NOT essential—we provide comprehensive training.
* The ability to work independently and remotely, with a determination to succeed, deliver excellent customer experiences, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
