Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in primary schools across Doncaster.
The Role:
You will support pupils with needs such as Autism (ASC), behavioural challenges, and communication difficulties, helping them access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support
* Assist with classroom activities
* Use tools like visual timetables and PECS
* Support behaviour and emotional development
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with SEN (especially autism/behaviour)
* Patient, flexible, and proactive approach
* Relevant qualifications - desirable
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
