Architectural Technologist / Technician
Location: Southwark, Central London
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Technician with proven experience working on residential or mixed-use projects in the UK and who is confident using Revit to deliver complex, large-scale developments.
Package
* £35,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)

Office
Office: Southwark, Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)
Duties
* Produce detailed and coordinated technical drawing packages in Revit across RIBA Stages 3–5
* Work collaboratively within project teams on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes
* Assist with BIM coordination, ensuring consistency and accuracy across live models
* Prepare technical details, schedules, and specifications for tender and construction
* Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve design and build queries
* Ensure all project documentation complies with UK Building Regulations and best practice standards
Requirements
* Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician (CIAT membership or working towards it desirable)
* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Demonstrable experience working on residential or mixed-use projects in the UK
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, technical detailing, and construction methods
* Confident communicator and team player with strong coordination skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable architecture
