Leader Education are currently recruiting an Inclusive Education Support Assistant to work in a welcoming and caring school environment based in North Shields. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated individual who is committed to supporting young people aged 11–16 years, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The school provides an adapted national curriculum, ensuring that every student's individual needs are met within a fully inclusive and supportive setting. Staff are encouraged to celebrate and reward achievement in all areas of learning and development.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 4:30pm
The Role
Supporting students aged 11–16 within an inclusive education setting
Encouraging and rewarding achievement across academic, social, and personal development
Supporting students to play a meaningful and active role within the school community
Assisting with the delivery of an adapted national curriculum tailored to individual needs
Promoting a caring, nurturing, and positive learning environment
Supporting students' confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
