What the Successful Travel Coordinator will be expected to do:
* Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and negotiate cost-effective agreements.
* Ensure compliance with the company's travel policies and procedures.
* Monitor travel budgets and provide cost-saving recommendations where applicable.
* Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of travel schedules and expenses.
* Prepare reports on travel expenditures and supplier performance.
* Collaborate with the other business units to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Travel Coordinator should have:
