This is a key opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a high-performing, service-driven practice. The Role You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages and transfers of equity Voluntary first registrations Lease extensions and associated title work Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision Supervise and support junior team members Deliver high-quality, tailored legal advice with a strong focus on client service Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing Engage in business development and cross-referral opportunities across the firm Working closely with colleagues, you will help maintain the team's reputation for excellence and responsiveness. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's ongoing development.
