About the Opportunity
Weve partnered with one of the UKs most recognised family holiday resorts to find a confident and motivated Junior Kitchen Manager to join their restaurant department based in Skegness.
Youll be supporting the Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 15 kitchen staff in a fast-paced buffet setting, helping create a dining experience that keeps families smiling from check-in to check-out.
Youll get involved in:
* Recruiting and developing the kitchen team
* Resource planning and rota scheduling
* Delivering food cost budgets through menu planning and portion control
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Ensuring the kitchen runs like clockwork even at peak service times
This isnt a back-office role. Youll be front and centre, supporting the team, setting the tone, and getting hands-on to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets brand standards.
Who were looking for:
Were looking for someone whos either:
* Already working in a similar supervisory role within a kitchen
* Or a strong CDP / Sous Chef whos ready to step into management
Youll bring energy, leadership, and a passion for great food
Youve got your Level 3 Food Safety and understand H&S compliance
Youre proactive and thrive on creating a positive, productive kitchen culture
You care about the guest experience and know how to lead a team to deliver it
