The Role
* Providing 1:1 and small‑group emotional wellbeing support
* Supporting pupils with anxiety, low mood, trauma or social difficulties
* Helping students develop coping strategies and resilience
* Working with pastoral, SEN and safeguarding teams
* Monitoring pupil progress and wellbeing
* Promoting a positive, inclusive school environment
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in mental health, youth work, counselling, SEN or support roles
* Calm, patient and empathetic
* Confident managing sensitive situations
* Ability to build trust and positive relationships
* Strong communication and safeguarding awareness
* DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
