Pay Range
This role pays from L34 £40,596 up to L37 £43,665 dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of Plumbing and Gas apprentices.
* Provide essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end‑point assessment.
* Support apprentices in their professional development and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
* Educated to Level 3 standard in a relevant vocational area.
* Assessors A1 Award or willingness to obtain within the role.
* Previous experience working with learners/apprentices in a classroom setting (advantage).
