Join to apply for the Tesco Colleague - Dingwall Mart Road role at Tesco.
Pay: starting from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; roles are also available with a minimum of 12 hours if requested. We will consider flexible hours where possible.

Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering excellent service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
* Working across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
* Applying training to work safely, effectively, and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Taking decisions that meet customer needs and delivering in-store routines accordingly.
* Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understanding store performance and contributing to service, sales, waste reduction, and profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Being yourself, living Tesco values, and following policies.
* Occasionally assisting with deliveries into the store.
