We are seeking to appoint 2 new members to our team, one role is for 40 hours per week, one is for 37.5 hours. Both roles are for 5 days a week and based in our Transport Office in Lichfield.
Role Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the Cotswold Home Delivery department.
The Home delivery Transport office is a fast-paced environment with no 2 days the same.
As the business continues to grow, so does the size of the Cotswold Home Delivery fleet and the volume of our deliveries.
The role will cover a variety of daily tasks to ensure the whole Home Delivery team is supported from our centralised office in Lichfield.
Key duties of the role will include:
* Ensure vehicle and driver paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensuring all email enquiries into the department are responded to in a timely manner
* Organising store stock replenishments.
* Good telephone manner when booking customer deliveries direct with customers.
* Good phone manner whilst answering driver or department phone call queries.
* Liaising with our other Home Delivery depot locations across the UK
* Timely reporting & logging of customer feedback
* Team player and a strong team ethic
* Actively monitor driver and vehicle telematics and cameras to ensure routed times are being met & no breaches are occurring when needed.
* Assist with arranging servicing and repairs as required.
* Responsible for department ordering/facilities.
* Processing PCN's
* Processing PO numbers for suppliers
* Confidently liaise with colleagues from across the company
* Maintain and update all KPI and reporting via excel
In short, you will be an organisational whizz, a great communicator, strong on attention to detail and super-adaptable.
