We're recruiting for 2 x brand managers for a big well known hospitality brand based in the West Midlands. One of the Brand Manager roles will be working on corporate brand marketing, ensuring the employer brand messaging is consistent internally and externally. You will be managing relationships with all partners and multiple stakeholders and working closely with much wider brand marketing teams.
The 2nd role is a customer facing brand manager position - working on key consumer focused brands and products.
Both individuals will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
This will suit someone from FMCG, leisure, travel, retail and / or hospitality!
Responsibilities
* Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
* Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
* Monitor market and consumer trends
* Develop pricing and distribution strategies
* Manage TOV and brand guidelines
* Maintain stakeholder management and partnerships where applicable
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
* 3+ years' brand management or marketing experience
* You will need to be mobile in the UK to be able to travel to various offices and restaurants. Ideally you will be a car-driver. Ideal place of work is West Midlands area so you will be working there with your wider team.
* You do need to have either: hospitality, leisure, retail, restaurants etc (b2c and not b2b)
