You’ll see the impact of your work every single day. About the role: We are looking for an IT and Digital Support Technician to join our Digital & Performance Team. This multi-site role will focus on supporting and coordinating updates to connectivity and technology across our retail estate—nearly 40 shops from Ealing to Dorking, and Egham to Croydon. You’ll work closely with suppliers and colleagues to ensure our shops can continue generating vital income. You’ll also provide first and second line technical support to users across our main site in Esher, satellite office in Hersham, and retail locations. Day-to-day, you’ll respond to user requests across multiple channels, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical solutions. You’ll also assist with onboarding new starters, updating equipment, and maintaining our IT asset register. About you: You’re a confident and approachable technician with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others. With experience supporting users across digital platforms and Microsoft 365, you’re comfortable troubleshooting issues and working collaboratively across teams and sites. You have a strong understanding of IT equipment, connectivity, and data security, and you bring a calm, detail-focused approach to problem solving. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and take pride in delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle during working hours, as travel between Hospice sites and retail locations is a key part of this role.
