Receptionist – Secondary School | Bromley
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our thriving secondary school in Bromley. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries to the school office
* Maintain accurate records, including attendance and visitor logs
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Liaise effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in an educational setting)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (SIMS experience desirable)
* A calm, positive, and professional manner with the ability to multitask
