* Commercial real estate aspects of renewables, energy, and infrastructure projects
* Wind, solar, hydrogen, nuclear, battery/EV charging, offshore wind, ports, airports
* DCO and CPO schemes
* Site assembly, land due diligence, access, title, options, leases, development, and other project agreements
