Job Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate recruitment activities, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth hiring process. This role supports early careers programs and wider recruitment activities.

Job Details
Salary: circa £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience
Closing Date: 19th July 2024
Main Responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent
* Website Management: Update careers pages, liaise with academic institutions and third-party agencies
* Application Management: Screen resumes, maintain candidate database, track application status
* Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews, prepare materials, ensure logistics are in place
* Communication: Provide timely updates to candidates
* Job Advertising: Post jobs on various platforms
* Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to policies and legal requirements
* Additional Duties: Support other organizational projects as needed
Candidate Requirements
* 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably early careers
* Possession of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (desirable)
* Ability to manage high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality
* Team player with a flexible, organized, and calm approach
