We're a fast-growing SaaS company based in Oxford with a mighty team of 10 and a product our customers genuinely love. Now, we're looking for a
Senior Software Developer
to help us scale, innovate, and ship features that make a real difference.
This isn't just another 'write code, go home' job. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO (yes, directly), shaping architecture decisions, and mentoring the next wave of talented devs. We're building stuff that actually matters - and you'll have the freedom to try new ideas without getting tangled in red tape.
What you'll do
Build and refine our platform using
PHP
+
Laravel
on the backend.
Create slick, high-performance interfaces with
Vue.js
or
React.js .
Take ownership of features from whiteboard scribble to production launch.
Share your knowledge, review code, and help our junior/mid devs level up.
Influence tech choices and push for best practices without bureaucracy.
You'll thrive here if you:
Are fluent in
PHP
and
Laravel, with solid JavaScript skills in
Vue.js
or
React.js .
Have delivered complex, scalable web applications before.
Enjoy mentoring and lifting up others in the team.
