Our client, a rapidly growing and highly respected specialist contractor, is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Manager to lead their Fire Division and drive it forward into its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated professional who can combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong team management to deliver excellence across passive fire protection projects. The Role As Passive Fire Protection Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing and expanding the Fire Division. You will ensure all projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget, while developing a high-performing team and strengthening client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing all passive fire protection operations Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door installations and remedial works Ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations and industry standards Managing project managers, supervisors, and site teams Driving quality assurance and maintaining third-party accreditations Supporting commercial performance, cost control, and tender input Developing new and existing client relationships Identifying growth opportunities and driving the division's strategic expansion About You We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded leader with: Proven experience in passive fire protection management Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance requirements Experience managing multiple projects and teams A track record of growing or developing a fire protection division Excellent communication and client-facing skills Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. FIRAS, BM TRADA, NVQ in Passive Fire Protection, or equivalent) What's on Offer A genuine leadership role with autonomy and influence The opportunity to shape and grow a Fire Division Competitive salary and package A supportive senior leadership team Long-term career progression within an expanding business If you're ready to take ownership of a Fire Division and play a key role in its future success, we'd love to hear from you.
