Role Overview We are seeking a commercially focused, fully qualified accountant to join our finance team in a revenue-critical role. This role offers significant exposure to Sales, Revenue Operations, and FP&A. Operating within a fast-paced, private equity-backed SaaS environment, the successful candidate will play a central role in revenue validation, commission modelling, and ensuring the integrity of commercial reporting. This is a highly business-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, sales, and data. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end revenue validation and bookings profiling. Translate sales bookings into structured, accurate revenue recognition schedules. Prepare, validate, and manage commission calculations. Partner closely with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Oversee and interrogate financial data cubes and commercial reporting outputs. Support FP&A processes, including revenue forecasting and analysis. Provide clear insight into revenue trends, performance drivers, and risks. Drive continuous improvements in commercial reporting accuracy and processes. Candidate Profile Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Strong experience in a commercial finance role. Background in SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue environments highly desirable. Experience working with FP&A platforms and advanced Excel capability. Confident partnering with sales stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
