As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a full range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, education, residential and heritage sectors covering Oxford and the surrounding areas
Senior Building Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
* Discretionary annual bonus

Senior Building Surveyor - Job Overview
* Condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations
* Project delivery including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works
* Contract administration and specification writing

* Collaboration with wider teams on integrated project delivery
Senior Building Surveyor - Job Requirements
* 3-5+ years' post-qualification experience
* MRICS qualified (Highly Advantageous)
* Strong experience across professional and project services
* Skilled in contract administration and client reporting
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
* Based within commuting distance of Oxford
* Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings
